Right now, there's Redmine CRM Light installed.
Issues:

• Doesn't include the deals feature and kanban board. The PRO having that costs 199$. I asked for a possibility to test it.
• Doesn't play well with the installed purplemine2 theme (which I find superior to all listed here. Again, I asked the redmineup guys if they would consider adding support for their plugins to the free theme.

Thomas mentioned pipedrive as a positive example for a CRM tool.
I'd like to figure out if the Redmine plugin would be good enough. It would have the advantages of integrating with our PM tool and not put the data into a proprietary data silo.
