Complex systems can't be handled hierarchically. Switch to network model needed. Nature teaches us.

Make the world Anti-fragile.

All ideas welcome.
Ideas alone don't weigh much. It's about realizing them.
Talk about it, form a team. Get it rolling.

How¶

Technology driven, but not only.

It's about the mindset and affects almost everything.

• Self perception (more freedom, more responsibility)
• Inter-Personal relations (cooperation vs competition)
• Economics (abundance instead of scarcity)
• Organization (Team of Teams instead of hierarchy)
